Early Bird Rate- You save BIG when you pre-register early! The Early Bird discount rate ends on March 18 for all events!  

Pre-Registration and Registration Pricing - Once the Early Bird pricing ends on March 18, the Pre-registration pricing will begin on March 19 and will be available until one week prior to the scheduled Track Day/School.  Within one week of the Track Day/School, registration will be available online and will remain open up to 24 hours before event, but the pricing will be at full price, space permitting of course. Within 24 hours of the event, registrations will be taken at the track as space permits. We highly recommend that you pre-register early, as events will sell out quickly!

Frequent Rider - Titanium Pass - Best Value -

This is the ultimate for the rider who can’t get enough Track Days! Here are the benefits:

• You'll be a Track V.I.P.!
• Prime parking in the paddock at BIR.
• To become a Titanium rider, register for all 5 Track Days all at once and save 10% off the total cost by entering "titanium" in the promo code!  
• You may register for any Track Day or any school or any combination!  Limited to 25 riders with 2011 Titanium riders with first priority.
• Titanium Riders may save an additional 3% by paying by cash or check; email ride@ridezars.com to do so!

Double Time - This is an option for riders seeking more time on the track!  Riders will be able to practice in two approved and fitting practice groups (example both intermediate and advanced).  Double Time is limited to 5 riders per Track Day and will only be offered to those who pre-register and seek prior approval to ensure that you are a good fit for both desired practice groups. 

Event Fee Protection:

EFP is being offered as an option for riders who desire additional coverage. Riders may purchase EFP for $30 per event to secure EFP.
If there is a concern about weather, not being able to make the event or something comes up or you just don't show up for any reason, you receive a 70% track day credit toward a future event. Once you check in, you're not eligible for 70% credit.
If you check in on the day of the event OR get on the track and have a mechanical or accident before 1pm and are not able to ride the remainder of the day as a result, you receive a 50% track day credit toward a future event.
EFP MUST BE PURCHASED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION and can not be added to your reservation after it has been submitted.
To receive a credit, a request must be submitted by email or in writing within 60 days of the event.
EFP excludes Road America. EFP excludes add-ons like camping, etc.

Air Fence MANDATORY Volunteer Deposit - All riders must pay a $20 volunteer deposit that is refundable at the end of the season upon completion of either setting up or tearing down air fence (approximately 1 hour) at a ZARS Event at BIR; does not apply to Mid America Motorplex or Road America. Riders must make sure to sign in and help with air fence. Refunds will be mailed to confirmed volunteers after October 3, 2012. Should you forego volunteering, you will not be refunded your $20.

Gate Fee/Camping - For Brainerd and Road America, there may be an additional fee should you decide to come the night before the event for early entry into the facility or camping the night before. Rider's guests may also pay a fee to enter the BIR or R.A. facilities. No gate or camping fees at Mid America Motorplex.

Instructions

READ CAREFULLY - All riders must create a membership account at ZARS to register fo any events. It's totally complimentary, quick and easy to do! Each time you wish to register for events or view your events or account, you'll need to log into your account.
Rider Numbers - All riders must select a rider number that is available when creating your online membership account:
Step by Step Instructions -
1. Create an account or login to an existing account.
2. Select your rider number.
3. Select your dates and appropriate level and provide the information needed.
4. If you're registering for a Brainerd Track Day, you'll need to pay the $20 volunteer deposit only once per season. It does not apply to Mid America Motorplex.
5. Select your payment option online-Visa, Mastercard, and EFT. Note - You may register through the mail and save the online convenience fee.
6. Process your registration to complete. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an instant confirmation email. 

Other:

Space Availability- Once a Track Day group or school is not available, it will appear as full; you may then add yourself to our waitlist. You will be contacted if space becomes available.
$5 convenience fee applies for all online purchases for track time; mailed forms with payments of cash or check do not incur a convenience fee.
Event Protection Plans - Protect your paid Track Days fees with our all new Event Protection Plans. For a nominal fee, you could receive credits for when "things happen" and you can't make an event. Learn more here.

Forms and Preparation - You will also need to complete a form once per season with all of your personal, health and bike information along with a release/waiver. Prior to the scheduled date, review the Rules/Prep page on the ZARS site, plus you will receive an email one week prior to your event with the last bits of information to best prepare you prior to the Track Day.

Make sure to read below, as you will need to understand and accept this policy when registering. We need to keep things as simple and straight forward as possible. If you can’t accept the policies below, don’t register.

2012 Cancellation/Refund Policy*- If you cancel outside of 14 days of your school date, you will receive a refund or credit for the amount paid minus $25. As an example, for an event date of May 31, you would need to cancel on or before May 17. If you cancel within 14 days of your event date, you will receive 50% credit for the amount paid, except no credit or refunds if you cancel within 7 days. We do not give refunds due to mechanical failures/problems with your motorcycle. To begin the refund/credit request process, you need to contact us first by email/phone. If you don’t receive a response, it has not been received.

*If you received a discount as a Titanium rider, due to the significant savings, you may only cancel one event for a future credit so long as the cancellation was outside of 7 days and the discount you receive is subtracted from the credit;. If you don't fully understand this, contact us, of if you will not accept these terms, don't sign up for Titanium.

If you register for the wrong level and do not have it corrected, you may have to forfeit your Track Day and paid fee (if you show up and are registered for the wrong level and there is no space for your correct level, you will lose your fee and won’t be able to ride).
ZARS reserves the right to revoke your privilege to ride during a school without a refund or credit for riding in such a manner that endangers life or limb of yourself, other riders, guest, staff, and instructors or control riders.

Registrations are not transferrable to anyone.

To be fair and consistent, there are ZERO EXCEPTIONS to all above.

Rain or Shine or Event Cancellation: Track Days and Track Schools will be held in the rain. Track Days and Track Schools are subject to being canceled due to severe weather or lack of registrants. If ZARS cancels a Track Day or School, you will be fully credited for a future Track Day or refunded if requested.
